1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OcrApp, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

OcrApp is an assistant application for the game Dofus Touch that enables:

  • Tracking monster capture progress
  • Exchanging information between players
  • Managing monster collections

Important: OcrApp is an unofficial application independent of ANKAMA.

3. Terms of Use

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this application.

3.2 User Account

  • You are responsible for the security of your account
  • Do not share your credentials
  • Use only your personal information
  • One account per person only

3.3 Appropriate Use

It is prohibited to:

  • Harass other users
  • Share inappropriate content
  • Attempt to hack the application
  • Use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Create fake accounts

OcrApp is protected by copyright. MakeInTouch retains all rights.

4.2 Dofus Content

Dofus Touch © ANKAMA. All images, trademarks, and game content belong to ANKAMA. We have authorization to use these resources in a non-commercial context.

5. Premium Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Options

OcrApp Premium is available in two plans:

  • Monthly subscription: Billed each month
  • Annual subscription: Billed once per year with significant savings

5.2 Premium Benefits

  • Removal of all advertisements
  • Unlimited access to exchange features
  • No search limitations
  • Priority support

5.3 Payment and Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation
  • Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal is billed within 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Prices may vary by region

5.4 Management and Cancellation

  • Manage your subscription in your App Store account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are given for unused periods

5.5 Purchase Restoration

If you change devices or reinstall the application, use the "Restore Purchases" feature to recover your subscription.

5.6 Refund Policy

Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple according to their policies. We cannot process refund requests directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The application is provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not responsible for data loss
  • We are not affiliated with ANKAMA

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access in case of violation
  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • Remove inappropriate content

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified.

These terms are governed by French law.
