Account Deletion

Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

This procedure applies to all MakeInTouch applications: OcrApp, DTStuff.

How to delete your account

From the mobile application:

• Step 1: Open the application and log in to your account
• Step 2: Go to settings: Profile → Settings
• Step 3: Select "Delete Account"
• Step 4: Enter your password to confirm deletion
• Step 5: Confirm the final deletion of your account

Alternative: Email request

If you cannot access the application, you can send a deletion request by email to contact@makeintouch.fr.

Data deleted

• Profile information: username, game server, profile picture
• Game data: all your captures, statistics, collections, equipment builds
• Contact information: email address, Discord handle
• Notifications: push notification history
• Uploaded files: images stored on our servers
• Authentication data: account and passwords

Analytics data

• Anonymized data: may be retained for statistical purposes (without personal identification)
• Security logs: retained for 30 days for service security

Deletion timeline

• Immediate deletion: Account and personal data
• 30 days maximum: Complete backup deletion
• Anonymous analytics data: may be retained indefinitely (no identification possible)

Response time: 48 hours maximum

Information to include in your email:

• The name of the application (OcrApp, DTStuff)
• Your username in the application
• The email address associated with your account
• Confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account
• Reason for deletion (optional)
